    Hi,

I'm having wet dreams about putting some 18" BBS Le Mans (LM's) on my A4 Avant which is currently recieving an S-Line bodykit upgrade.

I'm talking about replica's obviously! I'm not MADE of money!! LOL

My question is about offsets. A lot of the BBS LM alloy sets are "staggered" meaning the fronts are 8" wide and the rears are 9" wide (with the same offset). Some sets actually have different offsets on the back compared to the front!

Is it a bad idea to have a larger width tyre on the rear.. especially considering that I have Quattro? (you know how Audi go on about Quattro's having to have identicle tyres on all four corners etc!)

Also, should I stick to the same offset all-round (ET35 or ET32) or is a mix OK on a Quattro?

    ET 32

    ET 35

Am I right in saying I need a 112 PCD? I have already decided that 19"s look daft.. so it's 18"s I'm interested in

    Any advice much appreciated
    Toff.

    PS: Here's why I'm excited..

Ok.. I know it's a B7 but you get the idea..

What's your thoughts on the size? I think 18" will still look cool whilst retaining some ride comfort and slightly better value tyre prices etc.

My car is grey / silver - I quite fancy the ones with the unpolished spokes.

    Cheers
    Toff.

i just put ET32's on mine with 19x8.5 rims, they are right on the borderline of the arches, ET35's would of been perfect but I'm over the moon with the look and don't have any rubbing (so far), sorry don't have any pics to show yet as only fitted them this week!
