    Hi,gonna clean up my egr valve this weekend (ake engine) anysuggestions on how to would be much appreciated.
    Or is it worth disconnecting it as i have read? Many thanks

    I was thinking about doing this too but that's probably because I'm suffering from high mileage hypochondria! 166k and still running fine but a bit of preventative maintenance is never a bad idea eh. If anyone has a guide with pics that would be great.

    I think getting at the bolts is usually the difficult bit. Is advise replacing the seals and clamps to make sure it seals after you refit. Mine had a new one before I bought it and the seal leaks due to not been changed!
