I can’t see how it is going into limp mode without leaving a code, that is not possible. What are you reading the codes with?

If the engine ECU is going into limp I have never seen this without a fault code. Can you describe how you think it is going into limp mode?

Yes it was a new actuator it was complete new turbo from audi.

It goes in to limp mode after ive driven it at normal speed and then demand power say to join the motorway.

I know the turbo and air meter are ok, would having the EGR valve disconected and the vac pipe pluged cause this to happen and would it be worth changing the intake pressure sensor.

Just thought I run a K&N panel filter.

Thanks for all the Help this is driving me mad.

If you are getting any lights on the dash when it goes into limp mode then you will get a code when you scan it if no lights then when it goes into limp mode don't turn the key on and off and scan it in limp mode you will a code
eye for an eye means the whole world goes blind
