I think FK and KW make sets for the 80. KW are probably better but v expensive!

Coilovers for the Audi 80 are not easy as the front struts have to be given to the producer to be converted and the position of the steering arm makes the range of adjustment extremely limited.

I don't want to rain on your parade, BUT lowering that much usually needs special shock absorbers with shorter piston rods. The reason, is that the piston will now be running 60mm lower in the shock body, there is a possibility, that the piston will bottom out in the bottom of the tube. Better bumpstops might save the day, but 'Sports' type shocks are usually needed for drops of more than 40mm.

Agreed and the standard bump stops will give the top mounts one hell of a beating, I gave up lowering the Audi 80/90 platform this way years ago, the warranty claims and ****** off customers drove me up the wall.

I knew that would be the reply lol but wouldnt it be ridiculously bouncy i have had them fitted for a few days now and compared to other cars i have owned it is really smooth but iam going to look into some uprated shocks cos with previous experience shocks in general dont last 5 mins with just springs
