My rear windows can be operated using the door switches in the rear doors, regardless of how I set the child switch on the drivers door. What are your recommendations, the door switch is faulty or the ccm wiring?
Not an end of the world issue, but the kids are really getting on my <nerves> now, up and down every journey is no longer funny

    Thanks, Daz

It's a backseat supervision and discipline issue.

Thank you for the practical advice on parenting. As they are not my kids, that's not an option. I'll ask elsewhere, thanks again.

Doesn't the door switch panel pop out of the door along with the bezel.
I can't remember, but if it does, you may be able to see if there's anything you can do with the switch.

Oh come on now Stig, everyone likes to be a smart **** on here just.
I think the disconnection of the switch is the best idea or maybe even the wiring loom where it meets the door although this would need to be reconnected for the central locking to work

It is simply an isolation switch. It breaks the circuit. The switch must be faulty if it doesn't work. Just pop it out and pull the wire off. If that isolates the rear windows, you know the switch is faulty.

when you press the switch to disable the rears, does it stick down, or pop straight back up the same physical position? Mine is a little tempremental, and i have to fiddle a bit usually to get it to stay down. Can be a right pain when I have my nieces in the car as they like to wind them right down and try to stick their heads out! little sh*ts!
