    Default VW Golf Bluetooth Preparation – 10-04-2011,11:24 PM
    Can't decide if this is worth having in my next Golf. Have a Parrot 3100 at present which is OK but the quality of the outgoing call is not always as clear as it should be. Have started using a Handsfree headset to counter this. Does anyone have any experience of the Factory fitted bluetooth setup in a Golf? Where is the mic located?

    All advice welcome!

    I can't tell you much as I don't have bluetooth in the Golf, yet.

    Apart from... the factory mike will be in the overhead console above the rear view mirror, behind the little grille (on the left i.e. directed more at the passenger). I do have a similarly positioned factory mike on my Audi which seems to work just fine - I've had no complaints from people on the other end of the call.
