I got a conversion kit and fitted it on my a3 2006, worked fine until it blew my wiper motor, ive researched and noticed its a common problem on a3s after fitting these kits, anyone any idea what to do to avoid blowing another wiper motor

Buy OEM ones'. They don't blow wiper motors.

Presumably you complied with the law and fitted an auto-levelling system and headlamp washers as well ?

Final bit of advice - do the research first ! There are hundreds of threads on the subject on this and other forums.
