Hi was wondering if any1 can help me out here, just recently put a engine in my audi 1.6 sport 1997, engine is same size, old engine code was AEL and new engine put in was AKL, as far as all the research i done, there should be no problem with the diff codes. (if any1 knows diff then please say) anyway ..

The problem that i have is that the engine revs are limiting out at 5000rpm
before i could get about 6500rpm.
Not to sure how to correct this or where to start...

All ideas will be much appreciated
