GtTdi 150 problem

hey i am having a problem with my golf every time i start it up cold or even if its just been sat up for few hours for the first 1/2 mile or so, it doesnt seem to have any turbo boost until 3000 rpm in all gears after a short while it works fine ?! ive had the variable veins checked , boost pipes , new air mass sensor still not cured? any help would be very grateful thanks , simon

Might be a blessing in disguise!!!

I assume the car is still cold for the first 1/2 a mile, therefore it shouldnt be going into that rev band it that condtion anyway..

It it sorts itself out fairly quickly then I wouldn't get too worried about it

I have had this on the ARL engine when the turbo is on its way out which is a very common ARL problem.

yeh i understand what your saying but on flip side to get it moving i have to rev it that hard ... !

im begining to wish it was the turbo its been such a pain for so long i just want it solved lol ! hope much did it set u back for the work to be done etc?
