2002 A6 Avant Offside Headlamp unit

Hi,

My garage tells me that a clip on the headlamp unit has broken causing the light to project downwards. Apparently this can only be remedied by a new unit. Thinking of doing this myself can anyone help with instructions or indeed any guidance or experience of this problem and where to source the part. Thanks G

I assume they mean a clip internal to the headlight unit rather than a mounting clip. If you give me the exact model and Year and your email address address I'll send you the instructions. You can try Ebay for a Headlight Unit or Euro Car Aprts :

If it's the mounting clip, Audi supply a mounting clip replacement kit.

If it's internal, I'd be tempted to get the glue gun out and glue it together.
