Made an interesting discovery just now, car was locked up as normal last night and all windows were closed. Went out to car a few minutes ago and found all four windows down about an inch, but car was still locked.

Anyone had any similar glitches with windows?

My diagnosis is you (or someone else who has access to the key) may have accidentally opened them slightly using the key fob.

I had wondered about that, it has the convenience feature that opens and closes all windows but the car was still locked. So that would have meant an accidental prolonged press of unlock to lower the windows and the another accidental press to lock the car up again, certainly possible but quite a coincidence. There is only one key for the car and it lives in my pocket when not being use. Maybe I've started sleep walking !

How about an accidental long press to open the windows an inch then after no doors are opened within 30 secs of being unlocked they locked automatically (which they do)?

Nice one Hartry ... I'd forgotten about the automatic re-locking ... just been out and tested your suggestion, mystery solved

I just need to be mindful accidental button pushing in the future ...
