Hi there, just received my vag-com the other day, but today i received a letter from FedEx saying that they have payed the customs the sum of £53.00 and that i now need to pay them this amount, Can any one who has bought Vag-Com tell me if they had to do this, or is it a scam by the company

    Thanks

Honestly, I dont know anything abt fed-ex policies.

Although it is strange to come back looking for money after the product was sold/signed over to you...

If you bought it from the USA this is completely normal and is the law IF it gets picked up by Her Majesty’s Customs and Excise. Basically it is import duty and VAT.

Oh yeah, you're right there! It's very useful. I think the HMRC rules are that anything with a declared value of over £18 will attract import duty and VAT.
