Hi folks I'm hoping someone on here can help as I cant find the issue to my problem after using the search facility.

problem is with my 2003 MK4 Golf GT TDI 130

I changed both front suspension wishbones today, after taking it for a test drive the ESP light is flashing intermittantly.
so I've fixed the clunking and created a new problem!!!

So far I have checked both wheels spin fine (brakes arent binding), cant see anything obvious wrong.
Tracking might need to be done as the steering wheel isnt centered now.

The lower ball joint bolt does seem close to the driveshaft hub but there is a good couple of mm clearance all round and no rubbing/touching.

any ideas on what I could have done / broke / need to look at next?

    any help appreciated!

Edit: after reading other post brake lights can cause this???? I changed a rear tail light bulb last week, not had any probs since then until today with the ESP flashing is only after replacing the wishbones.

    Fixed!!!

Just in case this helps other in the future - the tracking was way out, once sorted the steering sensor stopped sending errors to the ESP.
