B8 experts: I wonder what the problem is...

    I have a 09 2.0T with CVT stock.
    • 1. Recently Ive been experiencing a problem where the car shakes, and stutters in a very similar fashion to a manual car driven by a rookie that doesn't know how to use the clutch right. It only happens around 1100-1300rpm when my foot is of the gas pedal and back on lightly like you would in a slow rolling traffic. The EPC light flashes right when this happens every time with no exception. I usually experience it after long drives, or after driving enthusiastically. No problems whatsoever on high RPMs though, nor any performance issues.
    • 2. I don't know if this is related to what is mentioned above, but I also experience bad starts; usually the first start of the day, where the engine starts but the RPM jumps around below 500 until I give it some gas. (There is a thread about this that goes on and on with no firm solution )
    • 3. Finally, just the other day, I experienced the first stall ever. I was about to drive away from the traffic light and out goes the engine

Last time I connected the car to a VAG it gave me an error code related to the camshaft position sensor. Took a look at it, it had some oil in it, cleaned it up, put it back in... issue not solved

So, anyone out there experiencing similar problems?

Here are some videos of the problems:

    Stuttering car
As the EPC light flashes there is a loss of power to the drivetrain, similar to a clutch release on a manual car that cannot be felt on a video.

EPC stands for 'Electronic Power Control' and is the electronic sensor of the 'drive-by-wire' throttle. It sounds like the potentiometers are malfunctioning so a new throttle pedal may cure this. Get it checked out though.
