If that was sticky would that cause the same kind
Of problem ? Because I drive along hit75-80 losses power no
Light comes on then I stop turn ignition off then on
Then it seems ok till it wants that boost now I'm stuck

Was the AMM genuine VAG?

By overboost sensor do you mean the MAP/IAT aka the “Thrust sensor”?

Who rebuilt the turbo?

Have you done a Basic Settings 04 Group 011 test and watched the stroke of the actuator?

Have you done a Measuring Blocks 011 zones 2 and 3 requested and actual boost checks to watch for spiking on zone 3?
