PCV Valve Headache!

Hi all, so my car had been running lean for a while showing code P0171 and I finally tracked it down to being a bad PCV valve. Tiny air leak of air being sucked in and vaccum building up inside the engine. Anyway long story short I want to replace it and currently it has the OEM audi part in it which has a part number of 06H 103 495 A.
Now i've looked all over and am confused regarding the part number. I cannot find anywhere a part ending in just the letter A. Theres loads popping up as being compatible however the last letter instead of being just A, you've got AE, AH, etc. I did find a OEM one from skoda however again, the letter wasn't just A, was AE or AK (Can't remember now).
So basically just want to know if its safe or not to use one of these or not. Like I said parts are showing as compatible with my car and visually I see no different apart from maybe the gasket colour or a little plastic bit being white instead of black. Any help or advice would be lovely! Thanks in advance!
Car is the A4 B8 1.8 TFSI 120 S Line.

All done! Just incase anyone else had a similar model, the latest replacement part for this model end in AH. 👍🏼
