Hi, not sure about ipod but there is a genuine vw changer that you connect to your gamma player, there are 2 types, a single cd and a 6 cd changer.
    Regards

    Hi

Most of the new Alpine units have a rear connection for the full speed iPod connector.

As a site sponsor we offer a 10% discount to all users of the forum, for a limited time we also have free delivery.

    http://www.online-caraudio.co.uk/sho...ts/alpine.html

    Hope this helps

I forget the name, but there is something you can buy to connect an ipod to most VAG stereos. I seem to remember it was ~£100, and had quite a few limitations.

I'd personally recommend Alpine just like OCA does, great units, i've had several that support ipods, and im just waiting for the parts to arrive, so i can put my Alpine in my A6.

At £150, you'll find loads of choice, but most will just have aux in, which i personally hate, as you have to do all the song selection on the ipod, which is dangerous while driving.
