Dension Gateway 5

Hi all, I was going to get the Dension 5 to put into my B7, the 5 as opposed to the 500 seemed to be a smaller unit but still did Ipod/Iphone and BT. Now as I have gone to order one todat most places say they are withdrawn because of technical issues! Can anybody shed any light on this?? are they problematic or is it BS.

The Dension gateway five does not work with the Audi steering wheel controls and has Bluetooth re-connect problems. I had one installed months ago in my A3 and dension gave up trying to fix it and refunded my installer. Dension customer service is non existent so beware. So many units have been returned that most suppliers have withdrawn them from sale.
