    True but pick the right materials & the wire will survive for many years ie softish insulation & fine multistrand wires helped by designing the way the wires flex we use to do it for military vehicles failure was not an option!

    Secondhand harness sourced and on its way for 10% of the price SEAT quoted.
    Auto sparks lined up to fit.

    Be worth fitting extra sleeving on the section that fails before installing!?

    New (secondhand) harness fitted. Checked the wiring was in good condition before fitting. All sorted now, thanks for the help.
