Audi A4 tdi s-line 170 avant

i have just purchased a audi a4 2.0tdi s-line estate on a 56 reg and have noticed a couple problems if anyone could help

1)When sat stationary after few seconds you feel a slight judder through the stering wheel and pedals,sort of a miss fire but revs done move at all.

2) while sitting it starts to smoke out of the rear and dosnt clear until you rev the nuts from it and then starts again.

3) today we read the codes and it came up with some sensor to do with the dpf filter/sensor so we fitted one and the codes went away,but still it is smoking and slight hunting .....

any help much appreciated

Hi. I have a 170 s line and I noticed that mine is while stationary the other day it was smoking rev it and it goes warm it up and it goes. My cousin told me to check for this when I bought it I did and it was fine.. he warned me as he said that the heads wear on then quickly and that causes big problems. Between him saying this to me and having the worry about the oil pump chain tensioner I'm starting to think I bought the wrong german motor??? has changing that sensor sorted anything? and how did you check the codes? cheers
