Will Audi print off service history for me?

Hey all!

I recently bought my fathers company car from his leasing company. Unfortunately, my father has not kept all of the invoices from Audi to show date of service, what was replaced / changed, etc. If I go to Audi and ask for the service history are they likely to print all of the old service history sheets for me?

I'm in the situation where I may need to replace all four coils on the car + spark plugs as I'm having a few problems. But if they were changed on the last service then those are probably not the cause of the problems i'm currently having. Quite frustrating! Not sure why he hasnt kept all of the paperwork safe!

Part number of the part the RAC Technician thinks has failed is A06E 906 517 A N/Stock Valve at 24.49 incl VAT. If it aint that then may be the coils...?

When i got my golf i rang VW in exeter and asked them if they had serviced my car due to the old owners address being Exeter, anyway the lovely lady took my Reg and then told me the dealer, date and mileage of everytime it had been in to a dealer, i then rang them all and asked if i sent them my service book would they fill out and stamp the book for what they had done, it took about 4 weeks of posting it off here there and everywhere but it was worth it, im sure Audi will do the same for you mate

Yes as PHIL says ,a friendly chat with my local Audi dealer got a multi page print out on my first A6 free of charge

Audi UK - Contact Us There you go

Erm, give them at least 24 hours, they do reply promtly though. Just give them the reg in the contact box and ask for service history

When i bought my 3.0tdi last June from an independant dealer I asked Coventry Audi if they could let me have the service history of the car as they had serviced it. they reply I received was that they couldn't due to the data protection act?

I don't see why - the service history doesn't contain any personal data - perhaps email Audi Uk using the link above instead?

When I was buying my A6, I checked with Audi when services were completed and they handed it over ok. Email them and it should be fine.
