    Hey welcome- nice wheels!!

I think parking sensors and heated seats have been retrofitted before- the BOSE system is probably quite expensive.

Things like cruise control, DIS trip computer are other possible mods, take a look around the B7 section and you'll see what people are up to retrofit wise

Welcome to the world of B7, loads of mods can be done, think about RS4 ARB well worth the little expense.
But as Kod says have a good look around, most post there mods done.

Look at the how to section.
As mentioned the rear anti roll bar, I've fitted mud flaps, towbar, reversing sensors, reversing camera, cruise, centre arm rest, bluetooth and freeview tv.
Others have fitted drl head lights and different alloys. its also possible to fit auto dimming rear view mirror and front parking sensors and converted their bog standard single din centre console to house the rns e.
