Door handle jammed...

For some reason I can't open the passenger door from the outside, although the internal catch works. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone have any thoughts as to what it could be?

If something has come loose I would have thought that you couldn't open it at all. As the internal pull works, I guess it is still connected.

Two different cables. One for internal handle and one for external handle. Try pulling internal and external at the same time, gently. You need the window open. It might reset the cable. If it doesn't you will have to remove the outer handle to have a look at the connector.

Thanks - Do you know how I remove the outer? I know how to flip off the end piece but from there?

On a good note, had an email from Haynes to say they have now done a manual for the car!
