Heating Problem

A4, 205 2.0 TDI
Passenger side heating on HOT all the time, control does not alter
Is this a sensor fault or a heater control fault

Could be a stuck flap motor

In the dashboard there is a flap or flaps that control the cold and hot air flow and are controlled by a motor or motors. It is quite common for the motor(s) to fail thus no control of temperature.
I would suggest a diagnostic scan which should show up a fault if it is a motor thats failed.

I think that I've seen these in my car. Drop the glove box and you'll see them on the right-hand side.
