    Hello.
Has anyone come across this before?
Passat 53 plate, 1.9 TDI PD. 130 BHP. 82000 miles.
Intermittantly the ABS/ESP lights come on when applying the brakes. The fault code stored is 059B Brake Pressure Sensor Faulty. This ABS unit has an external pressure sensor, unlike the MK6, which I have replaced. But you've guessed it, the sensor hasn't cured the fault. I'm going to do wiring checks etc but wondered if anyone has come across this before. Looking at the wiring diagram the sensor is wired straight into the ABS ECU.
    Thanks.

    Hello.
    Thanks for that info.
Was that the ABS ECU with the built in pressure sensor? I know there are lots of problems with that model.
This one has the external pressure sensor.
    Thanks.
