2.0 Tdi 170 Quattro S Line saloon (Nov 07 reg)

Just bought this A4 with 50k miles on the clock and full main dealer service history.

Well happy until yesterday when it stalled and would not start. (Glow plug light flashing on dash when turning over). Luckily it came with 2k / 2 month warranty and the dealer has confirmed a faulty wiring loom on the injectors that cuts out the ECU to prevent further damage. Should have the car back today / tomorrow

Is there anything else I need to be aware of with this issue or any other issues to be wary of in the future with this model / engine

Full spec includes RNS-E navigation plus, 6 cd changer in glovebox, s line trim, DIS, 18" alloys

This is my third A4 (2 No B6 models covering in excess of 180K miles between them) and this first B7 model. Had no major probs with previous 2 B6's (both 130 bhp SPORT 1.9Tdi's)

I would try and get all the injectors changed , as a rule once one goes the others soon follow costing £££££££££££££££££££££££££

Lucky you have warranty .
