    hi just started car this morning car running normal then airbag light came on and stayed on turned off air bag in glove box but still on what next

    Get a cable that includes vag-com 409.1 on a disc with the drivers for the cable. Pick an ebay seller with lots of goog feedback. That's probably the cheapest route.

    Hi thanks for imfo but my car seems to be at the start of can bus how can i tell weather i can use can bus or i have earlyer seystem i have no steering wheel control buttons but i do have airbags in my front seats 2005 b5.5 1.9 tdi 130 highline passat like to make things hard dont they . Thanks if you can help

    Can-bus was not introduced on your model. It started on the B6 passat, so the old cable is fine for you.
