    got allroad with auto boot lid opener it clicks to open but does not raise you can force it up slightly then press the button and up it goes closes no problems can anbody help ?!

    Hi,

    I had a similar problem with my S6 Avant, this worked for me.

    1 open the tailgate all the way
    2 press and hold the "Close" button for more than 4 seconds then release
    3 press the button to close the tailgate
    4 open the tailgate with the remote

    I believe if you want the tailgate to only go part of the way, say if you have less height in a garage, then manually put the tailgate to the height. Then follow the above steps. It should set the opening height in the software.
