    Hi Guys I just changed from an Audi A8 to a new RS6 and I have changed the wheels for the winter. Now the wheels have been changed I am getting an error message about the TPMS stating it is not Active.
    Is there a way I can switch this off?

    go to address 17
    Coding

    * ????xxx: Options
    o +0001 = Quattro (Standard)
    o +0002 = w/o Driver Information System (DIS)
    o +0004 = Vehicle with Clutch (NO Automatic)
    o +0008 = Second Tire Size Pair
    o +0016 = Tire Pressure Monitoring
    o +0032 = Adaptive Air Suspension
    o +0064 = Advanced Frontlighting System (AFS)
    o +0128 = Adaptive Cruse Control (ACC)
    o +0256 = 70-Liter Fuel Tank (only Front-Wheel-Drive)
    o +2048 = Switch Option for Bord Computer Levels (MY 2006+)

    subtract 16 from 4th digit from the right

    go to address 07

    Channel 001: Installation List I (MMI Functionality)

    * +00001 = Adaptive Cruise Control installed (PR-8T4)
    * +00002 = Ambient Lighting installed (PR-QQ1)
    * +00004 = Acoustic Parking System Front installed (PR-7X2)
    * +00008 = Acoustic Parking System Rear installed (PR-7X1/7X2)
    * +00016 = Tire Pressure Monitoring System installed (PR-7K3/7K4/7K5)
    * +00032 = Sunroof installed (PR-3FE/3FR)
    * +00064 = Adaptive Air Suspension installed (PR-1BK)

    * +08192 = Lane Change Assistant installed
    * +16384 = Lane Holding Assistant installed
    * +32768 = Back-Up Camera installed

    subtract 16 from adaption channel 01 and then go to adaption channel 111 and set to 1 to rest

    If the light still comes on go to address 19 and un check tpms from the installation list

    If its still on let me know, going out shopping

    Before you make any changes record all the coding and channels you will be adjusting for reference

    Because you have the pressure sensor type system you may need to unplug the control unit so there no can signal, but lets see what happens first
