passat estate 2003 washer bottle removal

Hi everyone new member first post looking for some advice on removing the washer bottle from my 03 passat estate as it seems to have developed a leak during the cold weather.Thanx

Wheel off, wheel arch liner off, unbolt and remove bottle.

More likely to be a split pipe from the bottle though than the bottle itself. The VW pipe is bad quality, replace with some clear pipe.

I had to do this very repair.

Note that that if it turns out to be the pipe, the length I replaced was from the pump to the joint to by the windscreen bottom corner. This runs partly through the chassis leg so draw the new pipe in on the back of the old as you remove it.
