    Hi there, Ive a mk4 golf (2000) Gttdi which ive tarted up abit, and one thing ive changed is the aerial, ive put a rover shark fin on, but the reception isnt that good anymore, sometimes i get a strong signal, then as im driving along it starts to fade away, then comes back, Has anyone done the same and had this problem???? and if so WHAT CAN BE DONE TO GET A STRONG SIGNAL AGAIN, many thanks in advance for any replies

    you can add some sort of amplifier, or just put the proper antenna back on.

    yeh i know i could put the old one back, but i like the shark fin look on it, and its different, what iwnt to know is what to get and where to buy it???

    thats not bad that £15 ish, then halfords most probably will have something ??
