A8 air con/heater problem, any advice please?

I am new to the forum and have a problem with my 2002 4.2 A8. The heater and air con works fine for about 20 mins. It then provides a very small amount of air at what is probably the right temperature but it is so little that you need to put the fan on maximum. Even then the amount of air coming in is small and you can hardly hear the radio! I love the car but it has been like this since I bought it in March....everything else is great. I have had the air con regassed. Any one with an idea of what the problem might be please...all advice gratefully received.

You could have an Air Distribution Flap stuck.
Have the car scanned for faults.
