    Hi,

Looking at getting my 2.0 TDI 140 B7 remapped and i am just posting for feedback and reviews really. The reason for my choice of 2 is because of the ability the change maps for warrenty work etc and also the fault reader.

Never had one of my previous cars remaped as i have a bit of a petrol head history last one being M3 but age and other factors dictate that i now have the A4 saloon (2006) and i am very happy, up to now.......

Just want that little bit of extra punch really, as a pal has a 170 B7 and a 190 golf and they just seem to have that little bit/lot extra. Hard to explain but hopefully people out there will know what i mean!!!! The golf is self explanitory i think?

Was hopefully looking at about an extra 35-45 bhp and 90 - 100 extra torque.

So if anyone has either of these fitted to their cars or others, then please post to let me know your reviews and experience.

    Cheers

    Chev

I have the Bluefin fitted on my A4 (B7) 140 Diesel and i think its worth it. Support was second to none, and advised of any updates etc via e-mail, all mods requested and tweaks were responded to and downloaded within 24 hours this is in conjuction with a K & N Panel filter and a single to Twin exhaust conversion

I had chipped my previous Saab 9-3 1.9 tid 150 bhp with a BSR PPC remap and this was awesome, taking it up to about 190bhp , until it decided to snap a camshaft... thats vauxhall for you i suppose. The saab was an animal the way it put the power out where as the Audi is far more refined

I have no experience of the STS but i am impressed with the Bluefin.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Chev,

Have you thought about a Revo remap (and a SPS switch)? Should give around 185 bhp and 290 lbft.
I noticed you're in Manchester and Awesome GTi have a good deal on at the mo. £100 off. (I think I can say that... they are a site sponsor).
