Winter Wheels and Tyres

I bought some 235/40 R18 Nokian WR G2 last year ~£400 for 4 tyres mytyres.com (local garage fitted them for £35) Best thing I ever did. I live way off beaten track in rural SW Wales (hilly, not ploughed or gritted). Got me home on more than one occasion where otherwise it would have been 'interesting'. I'm on 2 wheel drive so on quattro - must be brill. Would recommend them. Got some this nokian this year for the wife's Polo. Mind you - next car has got to be quattro. Ice this year is ludicrous!

Last week I fitted Nokian winter tyres. They have been recommended to me by my father in law (who has been dealing with tyres for most of his life). Nokian comes from Finland - country full of snow for at least half of the year.
I fitted them to my 18inch wheels (235/40 r18). I paid £470 (incl. delivery and VAT) at mytyres.com .
