    Hi

Anyone know how I can get at the washer pipes where they connect to the washer bottle on my A4 Avant?

The cold weather has frozen the rear pipe and as a result it's disconnected itself and washer fluid is pouring on the drive. This happened before and the Audi dealer sorted it under warranty.

Once I've sorted it there'll be higher strength washer fluid going in there as it seems to be a weakness as soon as the temperature drops.

Any help much appreciated as my rear screen is pretty mucky.

    Cheers

    John

You just have to take the boot int panel off! once you've got the 4 torx's out, there are about 6 metal clips! they can take a bit of persuading to come out!!

Thanks - but the pipe has disconnected at the front end (I assume at the washer bottle) and not in the boot. Washer fluid is pouring out somewhere behind the front left wheel when the rear washer is used.

Took off the wheel and wheel arch cover and located the disconnected pipe at the top on the bulkhead side. Pushed the two pipes together and cable tied in the hope it might stop it disconnecting again.

Thanks for the help - saved me a trip to the sdealer.
