I have a small problem on first start up.
I get quite a bit of smoke when first starting witch I think is caused by overfuelling.
The car had new glowplugs and temp sensor last year, a new battery last week.
Now I average 32 MPG, I think it could be better.
I'm looking for Idea's on what to check, can I check COI with full VCDS.
Is the any way of checking fuel delivery to see if its overfuelling.
    The car is A4 (b6) 2.5 (180) QS remapped
    All suggestions welcome.....

If it has a new CTS and glow plugs it should not over fuel so it may have a Commencement Of Injection setting error which you will have to measure with diagnostic equipment.
