Hey guys, i will probably replace standard wheels on my A6 to bigger size wheels. At the moment I have 17" alloy wheels with 225/55/17 tyres..
I am thinking going for 18" or 19" wheels. I would love 18", but not sure if wheel arches will have massive gap.

I am after some info. I know stud fitment is 5x112, but what ET and tyre combination best.

    Hi,

The wheels on my A6 are 4F0 601 025 BA which are 8.5Jx19 ET48 5x112 Audi A6 seven double-spoke wheels. The tyres are 255/35/19 extra load.

Take a look at Jim's post on a very similar thread here.

    Best regards,

    MF.

Well obviously I don't need to post here as MF has beaten me to it AGAIN!!

Bakili - MF is right...I upped from 225x50x17 to 255x35x19 on the same wheels as MF ( he included a link I believe - I'm too laxy for that..lol )

Mine look great to be honest.....If I was being ultra picky I guess I could go for the lowering springs but I've only had positive comments to date....They look great and no rubbing, no probs. The good thing is with the suspension left as is SE style the ride isn't compromised too much.....barely notice much difference tbh

Anyhow, good luck with whatever you decide to do.....just remember to post it here when you do

    Hey guys, thanks for replay.

    I sourced 19" wheels for my Audi A6 C6

    They are

    19"
    8j
    5x112
    et35

will they fit without any issues?

    Hi,

These are not the same spec as Original Equipment 19" wheels (which are 19", 8.5J, 5x112, ET48). I'd worry that the different width and offset might cause issues, but the only way to tell for sure is to try them.

    Hi guys,

As you can see, I'm very much a newbie so please be gentle.

Just made the transition over, after my Saab 93 died on me last year.

    I'm looking at a set of 18" 245 X 40 X 18 93Y, 9j, ET52 H2, 112 stud

What I would like to know from anyone of you is would these fit on my 55 reg (C6) 2.7tdi Quattro?

They are supposed to be genuine TT wheels, but would appreciate any guidance you can give.

The offset looks a little high on those. Usually standard a6 wheels on an 18 around a 40-43. Therfore you would be getting more poke than the factory wheel.

Should not be a problem unless you have drastically lowered a car.

Totally standard ride height, thanks for your help. Unfortunately, I didn't win them, so the search must continue for now.
