Helloo, going to be putting some new wheels on my wagon in the new year (refurb under progress and lowering springs ready to go on in the new year also)

Unfortunately, I will be running PCD adapters and they're a rather silly offset
so I was thinking to try and tuck them in a bit more so the "old bill" dont come sniffing, of dialing in a bit of camber on the rear to get them tucked in a bit more, but I cant seem to find any??

Anybody else in the same boat? GBlack i'm looking in your direction... Lolz

Give Rich at Venom Motorsport a call as he sells Eibach camber shim kits but not listed on his website.

I think there is independent camber adjustment on the rear. When you put your springs in, the rear will naturally tuck in more (negative camber), but the front will go out (positive camber). The front camber can only be adjusted by moving the whole sub frame. This will only straighten both sides so there equal. I have seen camber shims for the mk5 platform so should be the same as the Passat. This means you can add a couple of mm I think to the front.

I might be facing the same problems soon! 19x9.5 rear et35 and down on AP coilovers. Will be tight but should be ok. I think the law says so long as the tread is within the arch, your legal, but the old bill tried to do me one night for my car being "unfit to drive" with stretched tyres!

This is where I believe the camber adjustment is on the rear.

This closer image shows in more detail. If you look at the top right of the spring in the picture, you can see where the adjustment can be made.

Found this on golfmkv as well. Suspension layout is the same as the Passat.

It's only the toe that's adjustable at the front, which also adjusts camber at the rear mainly because it's adjusted via an offset bolt which moves the lower rear control arm in or out. I couldn't see any other adjustment mechanism under there.
The rear setup is an inboard spring with parallel and trailing arms.

The suspension design of all the MKVs is the same. MacPherson type strut which is clamped by the spindle at the bottom with a fixed strut top/mount at the top. There is no camber or caster adjustment for the front available unless an offset caster type lower control arm bush or an adjustable strut top mount is used.
