    Hi All,

Just wondered which tyres you'd recommend? Audi fit Dunlop Sport Maxx TT for £131 each. Didn't really want to spend quite that much.

    Any particular tyre you'd recommend?

    I have 225/45 R17 W (91) on there at the moment....

    Thanks.

    Sean.

Hi mate had some toyo proxies fitted to front tyres at about 120 each fitted 225/45 18inch, very good tyres also Eagle f1s are very good all round tyres.

However, ran over a nail in rear left and required replacement got a kumho tyre at 90 fitted, this was cheapest in stock and i wasnt in a situation where i could say no, can get these a little cheaper but seem to be a good mid range tyre

    Hi, Try Blackcircles.Com
I got a pair of Falken FK-452 225/40/18 for £150 and paid a local lad £10 each for fitting.
They have options for all budgets.
    Hope this helps!

Thanks for the suggestions chaps! Blackcircles.com is definately the place to get your tyres from. I've been looking at bridgestone RE050A - £82.80 each. They're on special offer.

Is it worth spending an extra £30-50 per tyre?

    mmmm....decisions decisions.

Bought a new A3 Sportback earlier this year and the car was delivered with Hankook S1 Evo tyres........I was initially thinking Audi cheapskates but after some research seemingly they won autoexpress type tests in Germany and are decent seemingly good tyres.

Can't find the article itself I found but so far I've been very impressed with them.

    Just a suggestion
