    help i have white smoke and the acid smell of un burnt diesel coming from the exhaust or my 130 awx just changed the injector loom and it had no change car has done 114k faultless untill now pls help!!!!

    had it hooked up to vag com no faults were found

    Sounds like the glow plugs are not working. Is it worse on cold start up. Check the glow plugs for power.

    no glow plugs are a ok just new it will do it when hot starts fine when cold

    How does the engine sound. Unburnt diesel when warm would normally mean injection timing is out. This doesn't happen on PD engines unless the cam belt slips or the cams are worn. Another possibility is injector seal failure.

    i think its an injector just changed the loom and the camshaft looks like new i have always used the correct 505.01 oil and change it every 6/8k
    think im gona go with it being an injector

    See if you can get a VCDS engine measuring blocks scan. The injector figures might give you a clue.

    Blocks 1, 4, 8 and 13 should have injection data. Depends on what VCDS you use and what engine it is. This info is all available in the pro version of VCDS.

    had the injectors looked at today told me they ar ok and firing the correct amount of fuel think il have to bark up another tree

    could this be the start or a head gasket a fair bit of back pressure is there when the oil cap is removed
