To replace brake pads ? I would think so if you want to fit your new set which is going to have more meat on them obviously !!

my question was do they wind back or just push back as ill need a tool to wind them back ,i just need to know b4 i do the job

Oh right ok, just push back. Only rear needs to be rotated
