First of all I like to say hello to everyone.

I have a strange problem with my turbo (I think), when the car speed reach between 70-80 it looses power, limp mode I think. I haven't seen any smoke come out of the exhaust. If i restart the car then the turbo works fine again.

My airbag light is on yellow, I've been to a mechanic but the bag does not reset, makes no communication with the computer. I've been told it might be the Airbag module, but I got no idea where it is. If anyone knows which airbag module I should be looking to buy please let me know.

The air blower is blowing out warm air even when its on full. I've had the thermostat replaced but it didn't make any difference.

hello mate welcome to the site, the power problem you have sounds like it could be a carboned up VNT (turbo) but without more details its hard to say for sure, do you know what code reader your mechanic used? as for the heater is it dual zone or just normal?

I cant remember the exact code but I do remember reading something like Turbo Overcharged.

    The heater is normal.

it sounds like the vains are carboned up inside the turbo, more tests would be needed to be 100% one being to connect a vac hand pump to the actuator on the turbo to see if it moves freely, if it doesnt then the vains are carboned up

could be to do with the turbo, is there a rattle with the shaking? if so that could very well be the dual mass flywheel

    No rattling.

Thanks for your help, you've done a better diagnostic than the cowboy mechanics and they had access to the car.

I was thinking of claiming this repair under a warranty scheme from a a third party company. However, are the faults on my car considered as wear and tear? because if it is then I won't be covered.

Yes, apparently the turbo has gone, the engineer mentioned something about the valve being stuck. I'm trying to find someone who can recondition the turbo in the Birmingham area, do you know anyone?
