The Polishing stage is to get the finish of your paint back to how it should be, apply a good wax over the top to protect it and make it easier to clean next time

Always use a 2 bucket wash method and lambswool mitt to stop inflicting swirls then no need to polish everytime.

Basic advice, get yourself there, now get yourself over to : http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/ for even more, but be warned it can be adictive

    Hi

It is well worth claying your car, there is a guide here: https://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/s...ad.php?t=56071

With regards to waxing, there is a massive selection and it depends on how much you want to spend.

A great all rounder is this wax and it will provide great winter protection: http://www.elitedetailer.com/product...007065f&cPath=
