I am quite new to fixing things. I have no clue where the cambelt top cover is.

is it difficult? does it take long?

If a mechanic would do it how much should he charge?

    thanks for your help

i dont want to sound funny but it maybe best leaving it to a mechanic who will probably charge an hour for his time plus the part,if you drop the bolt holding it in you maybe there a long time with limited knowledge of how to get it back which you will have to do or risk damageing your engine........

ok fair enough. just wanted to know as a garage said it would take them 3 hours. It sounded a bit much and thought that I might be able to do it myself quicker.

    Thanks for the help
