    Hi,

I shall be sorting a remap soon for my 51 A6 C5 1.9tdi Sport but was wandering what was a better option, a remap or a tuning box?

I can see a remap would be cheaper but the tuning box can be removed as and when, which is handy.

I'm prob swaying towards just a remap, would someone recommend reputable mobile remapping services?

    Thanks

    Lewis

Another option to consider is the STS unit from Shark Performance. This gives you the ability to apply/remove their map whenever you like (and also to apply an immobiliser map if you are leaving the car for long periods). They were recently doing an offer where the STS unit was free, so if that is still going, it's a good deal.

    Cheers!

    MF.
