Hello there, I'm Matt, 23 and drive a Seat Toledo v5.

I thought I had got out of messing about with cars after owning a company car for a year and a half.

But since changing jobs I have got the bug back and spending loads of money. This makes the other half very cross!!

Many thanks for the response. Yes it is a nice car and will be very nice soon (its booked in at the body shop so watch this space!).

Just wish I could get this fan issue sorted, anyone had troubles that they have now resolved?

Whats the fan issue? Which fan? Cabin air circulation or the one in the engine bay? your car is probably based on the golf, bora, jetta platform so maybe there are thing in common. Answer this question in your toledo section. Someone will be able to help mate

Yup it's based on the A platform - Golf/Bora Octavia Leon and A3 so shares much of the same components.

Very nice car too, from what I've seen.

Yeah its based on the Bora, but they are very similar.

Fan issue is to with the engine bay fan, appears that both my fans are faulty and there is a fault with the fan controller.
