Wheel spacers - which ones?

I have an A4 S-line on an 07 plate, wheel size 235 40x18. I want to put wheels on it that are 245 40x18. I've been told that I need spacers, but not sure what type or size? Anyone have any ideas on this and where I can get them at a good price?

I just did a google search for "Audi A4 wheel spacers" and found numerous places in the UK selling them.
I don't know what type would be required by the cheapest I could see in a quick search was £36 for a pair - £72 for 4 then.....then add delivery.
Certain types are over £100 per pair.
You may need longer wheel nuts if not included with the spacers.

And all you want to add is 10mm in width???
It hardly seems worth the near £100 to add a mere 10mm.

I'd either forget the idea, or make it worth while by make the tyres something like 20mm or 30mm wider.....but that then pushes the price of the tyre up and makes the spacer more expensive.
