    Does it run at all now? Will those codes clear or do they come straight back? Check the 28 pin engine connector for water damage. Have you had the fuse box out?

    The 28-pin connector is at the front cars left of the engine near the gearbox. I wondered if you had moved the fuse box as the injector power feed comes from there. That fault has to be wiring or power supply; I cannot see it being the ECU. I cannot see the horn problem being related.
