Never had a car with a service indicator in before...indicator on dash says that the next service is due in 150 days/200 miles

Is the service due in 150 days or is it due in 200 miles??
I ask as I'm planning on doing a 200+ journey this week

Whichever occurs first:- therfore in your case it sounds as if it will be 200miles.

Dealer required to reset the SRI or a friendly forumite with VCDS

Are you having just the basic service because Audi is offering fixed price servicing and repairs (assuming your car qualifies)? See

I'll check further on this - my quote includes variable service, environmental charge, ECS service (?), Castrol longlife oil, replacement of pollen and fuel filter.
