S3 timing belt change – 11-06-2007,11:51 PM

Hi everyone i'm new to this site but hopefully I will be here for many a year!!

My S3 has a mileage of 63k and it is due for a service; should I get the timing belt replaced, and if so, what kind of cost would I expect from a local garage rather than the Audi dealership?
